Company, work flexibility.
Training Coordinator:
Pros: I love the company, the challenging culture, and the flexibility.
Cons: Non trustworthy boss.

Never a Boring Day.
Training Coordinator:
Pros: I love interacting with our Tier 1s and helping them understand concepts that make them more productive on the job.
Cons: Management does interact with the team, no strong direction or caring about team members' welfare, too much delegation going around; team members identify me as a team lead when they shouldn't; I'm not given enough opportunities advance my value to company, don't get to help develop or edit the knowledge base.

Pros: The company. Real Estate industry. Able to work independently. Organising. Coordinating events. Not competing against anyone. The people. The challenges.
Cons: The hours and being so far from home and not seeing children.

Pros: I love working with people, helping people with tasks, getting daily jobs completed fast and organising training venue, catering and students for their courses.
Cons: There is not a lot I dont like about my job, I love my job and everything it holds.

Pros: Mentoring and coaching young men and women who in future will become the backbone of our countrys economy - The future leader. What's exciting is knowing that you are making a difference in a young person's life, while they contribute positively to their family, community and the country.

Training Coordinator:
Training is a vertical were learning never stops. You meet new people with different regions, habits, knowledge. Training is a platform which provides you confidence to speak out your mind and gain knowledge. You can develop various skills under one umbrella.

I enjoy it, because I get to learn things I never thot I wil.
Training Coordinator:
Pros: Working the vessel, the import and exporting of cars having to keep up with the time. I love It. Doing what called ramp monitor calculating the heavis and second hands also mafi tralors and writing the delays.
Cons: When the vessel are taking too long to finish.
