Pros: creative freedom, somewhat flexible work environment and hours
Cons: promotions are based on ease of transition and whoever can save you money over seniority and actual work ethic. Not a fair distribution of resources across all managers.

Cons: Not getting paid more for doing literally every extra thing I’m asked to do. Bending over backwards for almost 6 years with no reward. They have zero intentions of helping me build a career as well as not getting recognition for all of my accomplishments and hard work.

A well Balanced Physical labor job.

Pros: Every day brings something new. Going to different accounts every day keeps you refreshed. Moving the product and interactions with conusmers make it a fun job to go to everyday
Cons: Some days on rare occasions will have a lot of product with one Individual is rough. but are able to ask for help if needed.
