May 2022
Toxic.
Merchandiser in Snellville:
Pros: Job itself is fine, good morale/commaraderie with co- workers and members.
Cons: Painfully understaffed, makes for stress filled days of being set up for failure before even getting started. Extremely difficult to feel fulfilled and proud of completing tasks in efficient manor to meticulously stringent standards that require more manpower than just 1 person per shift for particular area. High volume of members are extremely aggressive during open hours making it impossible to keep progress and be productive. It's a very demeaning feeling to know you're a great worker with great proven skills (photos) in merchandising and have managers that can't provide proper hourly staff that expect you to keepcomplete what rationaly takes at least 3 for a single shift.
