It is great helping customers when they need help with something and also keeping everything organized plays a big role her at stater bros.

Pros: I like that you are able to get your job done with the resources they give you especially if you can’t do things by yourself there is always someone to lend you a hand.
Cons: The pay scale is not fair because I feel like I give it my all and have a higher seniority than others and i know that I can take on bigger responsibilities for a better pay but it’s always up to you on how you feel on letting your employer know that you want to do better and move up the ladder

Cons: I'm full-time. Dillons is offering $2 per hour more, for new hires. Nobody stays. The seasoned employees are treated horribly. I hate going to work.
