Van Driver in Fort Wayne:
Pros: Easy to deliver parts
Cons: Wish it was more money
You have to work with very difficult and demanding people.
Parts Specialist in Mountain City:
Pros: Flexible schedule
Cons: Consumers and complaining about prices that you are not responsible for
Parts Manager in Mission Hills:
The main problem is this company is not adjusting pay for someone that makes more then $15 an hour . So I am just waiting till $15 then finding another job that will pay for my experience . Making as much or just a dollar or two more then a wet behind the ear kid with zero experience is just unexcepable !!
Your experience depends on your team.
Systems Engineer, IT in Memphis:
Pros: In my particular area, we have a lot of high visibility, fast paced, high value deliverables and a lot of flexibility
Cons: The flexibility is a little jaded. Think "Agile-ish" in name only, and "Open-Door" but with no follow up. "Self-managed" equals little guidance and results in dissappointing feedback.
