Pros: Multi-faceted. Great people and work atmosphere. Perform testing on Space Flight Hardware with no supervision. Endless learning. Amazing experience for first job out of college. Room for growth.
Cons: Understaffed and overworked. A lot of overtime. A lot of travel.
