A great learning experience.

Pros: Mindtree is a place which hrives in creating learning atmosphere. The opportunities to learn ar tremendous, especially beacuse of the Learning Portal which is constantly maintained and worked on by new employees.
Cons: Quite frankly the job is at times challenging but is not equally rewarding. By rewards I don't just mean the pay, but also the opportunity to apply what you have learnt.

Cons: In my point of view, kind of keeping updated each and every moment even while getting the process ready looks little tedious. It takes more time to get adapted to the work environment for new joinee, understand the terms of key performance index or metrics used here.

Cons: The lack of job security due to constant restructuring. The employee turnover rate. The lack of communication from my direct management although everyone here is very disconnected right now due to the looming possibility of our facility closing soon.
