Test Analyst:
Pros: If you don't have a client site you still get paid.
Cons: The management team treat you like a chess piece on a chess board that they don't care to lose as they can still win the game.
They charge the client $650/day at you get $250. They then gloat on the company intranet pages and monthly emails about their Austin Martins.
