Pros: Learning environment. No Dress Code. Free to talk.
Cons: Hike. Random profiles selection means no skill based selection.

Good culture, work flexibility with a good working environme.

Pros: It's challenging and very wide, hence gives one the motivation to work to be the best at what they do. It's enjoyable to Test applications.
Cons: Escalating the bugs found to the developers but getting the resolution very delayed.

Pros: I love my work. And I feel dedicated to what I do. Apart from salary I have no reason to complain about my work.
Cons: Salary. It is below average and there seem to be no opportunity for a decent wage rise.

Pros: Exploring our product and learning something new everyday about myself, the way the product works, where bugs can hide, our product goals etc.
Cons: The misconception by my employer that a Tester is not as valuable as a Software Developer. There are a plethora of skills that I use and I help the company and its Developers create better software.
