Territory Sales Manager in Clayton:
Pros: Flexibility and not being micromanaged. The people I employ lift me up.
Cons: Advancement is null unless you’re willing to move. Upper management talks about enterprise leadership but I have had two conversations years ago where someone told me I was being looked at for promotion with zero follow through. It feels like it’s my fault but yet I keep producing. Keep your head down and get taken for granted - your over a barrel.
