Pros: I LOVE my coworkers. They make the job easy to come to when you just want to call in.
Cons: There are some colleagues that make this place pure HELL. The job is easy, should be simple, by anthropological issues almost ALWAYS complicate what should be simple and easy.

Technical Support Specialist in Phoenix:
Honeywell appears to be for itself not its employees. E.g. Unlimited vacation is a farce. Also holding our matching 401k money until Dec. 15 to reward our loyalty is bull! We recently had a 4 hour softball game and picnic, but had to make up the 4 hours with working.
