Underpaid & Ignored.
Technical Support Specialist in Denver:
Pros: Problem solving and fixing things.
Cons: The fact that JCI posted Gross Profits for Fiscal 2018 with $9 Billion in profits and all they give tech support is a 30 cent raise. We are underpaid for our external market and underpaid compared to new hires. JCI doesn't care about the mid to lower level employees. Must be nice to be a Sales Rep or Executive.
