Looking For A Better Job.
Technical Support Specialist:
Pros: Working environment and cab service is good.
Cons: There is no standard measurement to calculate a person's talent, all senior and junior employees will be pushed in one bucket when an opportunity for higher position comes. No one will check whether the person has capacity to do it or not, they will go with numbers. It is so sad that experienced people need to struggle a lot to get good positions.
