Nice people, interesting job, can be tedious, underpaid.
Technical Support Engineer:
Pros: I like being a mentor and teaching other about the technology the company manufacturers. I also really enjoy looking at device complaints and determining if they are reportable to the FDA.
Cons: I moved up the company ladder really fast, but now I feel stagnant. I am also getting paid less than when I was a lower position.

Cons: I dont like the rotational shifts and night shifts and salary hike is low.
