Pros: The work culture is excellent in aspect of respect private life, encourage work life balance, support individual perormance and team works equally. No formality among team members and managers.
Cons: There is a silent racism that one part of the of the society tries to resolve, the other part embraces.

Pros: My group is patient and helpful when they can be. Unlimited PTO. 1 Self care day every month.
Cons: The Customers really think we are just robots. Very disrespectful. Assume everything broken is our fault and refuse to believe when we say it is something with them. Very little training. very Limited Employee knowledge Base. Newcomers to the company suffer the most. 100% remote really bothers me personally.
