Pros: Working with in lot of areas of IT. Customer support.
Cons: Can get very busy and hectic.

Technical Support Engineer:
My ultimate occupation was in areas I had a personal interest, but did not think to pursue as a degree. While I started as a Pre-Med, then moved to Administrative Studies, my areas of enjoyment were in information technology and media production. In retrospect, I should have pursued a degree in one of those areas. None the less, I ended up doing those very things.

Cons: Salary level very low.

Do not wait to go on a training course, learn by doing yourself, install support and upgrade your own systems to keep you up to date on the latest technologies.

Pros: Technical support, remote access support, ticketing tool.
Cons: New joiners get more payment instead of Increment to old employee.

Cons: The car assigned to me. It is a trash. The arrogance of supervision level people.
