Pros: Beautiful campus.
Cons: Lots of favoritism and politics. Management doesn't listen to people below them because they think they know it all.

Co-workers are great, but managers can be very bad. Lots of politics. High-level management has no clue how much the lower levels latch on to what they *think* the executive wants. You are punished if your top goal is doing the right thing for the company. Compensation good. Benefits ok. Campus is beautiful.
