Pros: Working with highly intelligent and competent people.
Cons: Expectation is that you go at 100% speed at 100% of the time, performance monitoring is ruthless, timezone differences, expected to deliver an unreasonable amount of work within an impractical amount of time.

Cons: Lack of diversity and mindset. The leaders are dominated by white men who are all buddies with each other and don't really think outside the box.
