I enjoy my role and working directly with the children and mentoring and coaching staff and student. My biggest inspiration are from the children I work with.

Cons: Educators are not appreciated enough and are underpaid. Cleaners are paid more on average.

Awful.

Pros: Clocking out it took getting fired on Maternity leave to quit cuz I loved what I did but sadly was terminated
Cons: The lack of personable aesthetics I never felt like a human there I felt like a mule yelled at and pushed to limits I couldn’t reach then scolded for not being able to bypass my physical mental and emotional boundaries

Always on your feet and no sick days off and you work long shift with a 5 to 10 min break.

Pros: Can be layed back and easy when it's not busy.
The general manager understands about being sick
Cons: 8 to 12 hour shift hardly any time for a break and since its food the customers will disrespect you quite a bit.
