Team Leader, General in Oklahoma City:
Pros: I like that it is pretty self explanatory with little to no constant supervision. Very nice for people who like to be given tasks and know how to keep themselves on task to get the project done in timely manner.
Cons: I do not feel the pay is reasonable. It also seems the company will change rules constantly to suit their needs so they can get out of having to pay any over time hours.
January 2023
Team Leader, General in Oakland City:
Pros: Cooking the food and the guest who enjoy it
Cons: I don't like how the store is managed. There ppear to be no set rules that every employee must follow. There seem to be "exceptions " to some rules that others must follow. Communication is not good.
