What is it like working as a Supply Chain Analyst?
November 2016
Make yourself marketable.
Supply Chain Analyst:
Take the time to master a skill that makes you unique and marketable. Learn the ins and outs of your company and job, go the extra mile, and participate in as many projects as possible, even if they're out of your comfort zone or pay scale. You'll be surprised what you learn.
June 2016
Fun work environment.
Supply Chain Analyst:
Pros: I love the work environment, the people I work with, the importance of what I do, and many other things.
Cons: Pay is relatively low.
March 2016
Corporate Culture.
Supply Chain Analyst:
Pros: I enjoy the work I do. Analyzing health care spend to provide potential savings is one way to make health care cheaper in the US.
Cons: I do not appreciate the lack of communication/feedback, and there are not many opportunities to move up in our department. Since going public, our company has become a more "heads down" environment, but upper management is working to fix this.

Cons: Unusual delays for lengthy processes.
