This is my dream company. I am inspired by the work everyday. My team is well collaborative, my manager is caring and and supportive. I feel very lucky to be here. The interview process is quite long, about 2-3 months but totally worth it. Boeing has a great compensation, 401k plan and insurance.

Pros: My coworkers are friendly and I always feel appreciated. While things can get busy and hectic, I wouldn’t call my position overly stressful. I’ve never went to be doing on Sunday night or woken up Monday morning dreading the thought of work.
