The patient to nurse ratio is unsafe. Coworkers and manager are amazing. Benefits are decent. If my fiancé hadn’t died I would still be there. I loved having iPhones to communicate with people. If I had known about the unsafe patient/nurse ratio I would have never accepted the position.
