Corporate work culture are need to be people centric.
Service Desk Analyst:
Pros: It gives an opportunity to learn and do value addition to the organization.
Cons: It is not using the total talent I have. A lot of communication gap is there. Sr. Colleagues feel insecure by seeing others performance.

Pros: It is always busy, you can tell that there is a buzz and that we are growing and doing well. Management team is excellent and approachable.
