Sales Trainer:
Start with a passion for people. Then, ensure that you have a passion for development and knowledge transfer. These are the skills necessary for any trainer, let alone a sales trainer. Light a fire under people. Yours is the first experience they'll have of the company. Maker sure you create a great first impression.

Sales Trainer:
Pros: I like that I have been provided the opportunity to be creative.
Cons: I don't like that they have provided me with more responsibility but have not increased my pay.

Fast Paced and Fun.
Sales Trainer:
Pros: LOVE LOVE LOVE the people. Training new hire agents in technical support and sales. It is very fasted paced, changes constantly, and always upbeat. I love bringing in new agents and watching them grow and become successful.
Cons: So much change that it is hard to keep up and disseminate the necessary from the unnecessary.
