Cons: It has gotten worse since Covid. Customers are mean. Employees are overwhelmed, over worked. No bonuses, ever! But, they give you tee shirts! New employees are hired in sometimes making more than you are. Take care of your dedicated workers because, you're losing them to higher paying jobs

Working at a Maruti dealer is good experience, but no regards whatsoever, I think employee retention must be looked at the dealers have. Work as a trainer is learning all the way huge man power comes big responsibility.
