Great sales training program.
Sales Engineer:
Pros: The Building Efficiency Sales Training program was wonderful. I also like the challenge of having to navigate this on your own therefore learning a lot. The values and integrity of most of the people is phenomenal. Work flexibility can be okay, great benefits.
Cons: The stress is a lot, especially with long sales cycles. I also dislike the lack of structure, and lack of communication.
