Sales Engineer:
Pros: Flexible hours
Manager is very understanding and can absorb information to provide assistance.
Cons: Company is fragmented and lack cohesion as a whole. Certain aspects of the organization require re-structuring as well as increase the sense of community rather than Silo each product line/department. Transparency is needed and management as a whole need to heed their subordinate's recommendations or input.
Work hours can be long
Multiple Sales rep globally asking for assistance without regard to scheduling.
