Pros: Since transferring to a larger volume store I enjoy that there's always something to be done and I like the fast pace because the days go by faster.
Cons: I don't like when it's too busy and theres only two or three girls working. Sometimes it is impossible for us to do all the required duties. It also gets hard cleaning up after customers and trying to be happy all day long.

Pros: I love the culture its not all about the sales its about the customer. Which it is important because without sales we wouldn't have jobs but without customers we would have nothing.
Cons: Not really many down falls just the regular problems of retail that if your not in a higher position your probably not going to get the pay you want.
