A Poor Career Choice.
Retail Manager:
Pros: Customer interaction.

January 2014
No Flexible Work For Night Managers, Working 12-14 Hours A Day.
Retail Manager:
Pros: I enjoy management and work well with the staff on my shift.
Cons: The work to life ratio is work and no life. You are expected to work at least 1-2 hours after your shift and start 1 hour before it so an extra 3 hours a day. This results in your working week is work and sleep. You're lucky if you can manage time for 6-8 hours a day. This then tends to lead to exhaustion so you sleep most of your days off. No time for life.
January 2014
Responsible for managing business.
Retail Manager:
Pros: There is no pressure.
Cons: There is no pressure.

Be willing and able to develop self and others.
