I have been in the industry for many years now the only reason why im un happy now is beacause a new company bought us out and.
Cut all our bonuses so my pay decreased dramatically .. I am now looking for a new job same industry that pays much better and that I deserve as I am a hard worker an find I treat my store as its my own just not getting the respect back that is needed . So always be careful with jobs make sure u start with the pay rate you are happy with and worth :)

Pros: Freedom of expression in all forms, an appreciative and supportive boss, autonomy, store discounts, flexible days off, friendly coworkers.
Cons: Rude customers, short-handedness, stress of being the only one able to complete tasks, can't afford to live comfortably without working more than forty hours, cleaning up after boss, working with a less committed coworker.

Lack Of Commuincation.
Retail Manager:
I would advice them to have everything done in advance, keep all their events consistent and make sure the always put in for any checks they may need for an event at least a month in advance. Stay positive and make sure to keep the staff and customers happy.
