It's all about stress free good time management. Be a role model. Be approachable for the staff, especially the juniors. They will learn more and respect you if they are not afraid to come to you for advice. That advice will bring forth their desire to please you and secceed. If customer service is not your forte you are in the wrong position. You have to be a people person.
