Cons: Food quality continues to go downhill and prices increase to a degree I don't believe is sustainable

A unique challenge.

Pros: I like that our loyal employees go above and beyond to help serve our dedicated regular customers
Cons: Highly stressful trying to meet the expectations and goals set by president of company, some seem almost impossible. There's always a customer-that knows the the president of the company and/or his family-who likes to name drop to get whatever they want whether it's against policy or not. I feel like the company could afford to pay all employees better as well as offering customers better deals
