It has been awesome working for Burger King.. They really take care of their employees.. I am happy to be a shift manager with this company and want to move up in this company. I work with an awesome crew and managers.

Pros: I got to know all our guests for the last 20 years and it's a fun place because we feature mariachi music entertainment

Cons: On call 24/7 with no compensation for it if I work over my 45 hours a week I don't get paid for it if I work under my 45 a week they take it out of my pto employees under me make about 1.50 less then I do and do not have to do as much as I I have my management duties daily plus make subs and clean it's very difficult
