It’s not for me.
Restaurant Host/Hostess in North Richland Hills:
Pros: Free food, and they will work with your schedule. Good workout. Occasional new menu rollout testing and beer tasting
Cons: If you ask for time off they will over schedule you or not schedule you at all. A lot of servers are not as strong as others and if you give them more than they can handle or table when they ask not to be sat you will be yelled at. Managers can’t agree on rules one manager may be fine with something the other may not and you will get yelled at. Can be taxing when there is only one host to meet the timing standard of when to seat guests while on a wait or low staffed. You may be required to fill other positions while low staffed. May be required to stay extra late for new menu rollouts.
