Restaurant Host/Hostess:
Pros: Great co-workers, customers are friendly, always something new happening, flexibility.
Cons: Bad management, managers/boss/person(s) of higher position would rudely confront employees about their mistakes, cares more for business than employees health and personal lives.
January 2015
Hostess.
Restaurant Host/Hostess:
Pros: I like my workmates and managers, they are great! I also like the professionalism and the nice environment. I like that we get free food at work, even if the quality of the food isnt the best. Fulltime employees get 12 completary nights at almost any hotel in the he branch a year after one years employment.
Cons: They serve halal meat and foie de gras. They clearly don't care about taking part in animal cruelty. They waste a lot of food. They give free things to rude people, which encourages rude and bad behaviour. Working fulltime leaves very little spare time. I feel like I can't call in sick to work because there is no one to replace me.
