Restaurant Host/Hostess in Parma:
Pros: Family atmosphere and manager emplees don’t tip for any services provided
Cons: The other employees not appreciating the hard work and help I provide and don’t even consider to tip anything. And anything is better than nothing.

Great Work Environment.
Restaurant Host/Hostess in North Palm Beach:
Pros: I love the people who I work with, the teamwork, and the sense of unity among the staff at J. Alexander's. It is fast-paced, clean and friendly.
Cons: It can become overwhelming at times when guests are unhappy and take it out on the hostesses and/or managers. But the staff is able to handle confrontation maturely and directly which helps me feel more confident about being confronted because I know I won't have to handle it alone.
February 2021
Pretty good.
Restaurant Host/Hostess in Tiffin:
Pros: I love that everyone is so nice to each other and the teamwork is amazing. Everyone seems to have a great time working together!
Cons: I like least the lack of communication from management about my insurance benefits and legally what I’m required to do. I don’t know how to do some of that stuff since I just turned 18. Like what the heck is a 401(k) and why does everyone want it?
January 2021
Treated like crap.
Restaurant Host/Hostess in Southlake:
Pros: I like that when I work I get free food
Cons: The environment is toxic, management will tell other employees why you are not there and proceed to talk crap about you. The employees are nothing but drama (except a select few)
January 2021
Olivw Garden Hostessing is Pretty Chill.
Restaurant Host/Hostess in Orlando:

Cons: The job can be stressful, and the day to day shifts can vary in length
