Company has good culture overall (non-contract nurse in ambulatory care). The Head Heart Together behaviors are great, as are the encouragement for "Be Well." Benefits are acceptable compared to the market in the Twin Cities. The caveat about the non-contract PTO is that it does include holidays and sick time, so it seems like a lot but is actually average. The starting wages feel slightly low compared to Twin Cities for the same job, and the raises are really low (less than 2.5% consistently, even if you are "exceed expectation" in your review), and that makes it hard to want to continue with the organization.
