Cultural compassionate and friendliness like no other.

Pros: Culture is very open, friendly and welcoming with compassion. Sadly the addictions issue are rising and loosing individuals.rural country,
Cons: healthcare inequality, underserved area, rural area, behind on medical practice and healthcare. The prominent attitude individuals in business are "throw away", if one gets hurts etc., another will easy fill the spot. I noticed watching the documentary about miners this attitude was prominent and still seems to carry over in current businesses today.

Pros: Working outside of Alice Springs in remote indigenous communities is a challenging experience, on going learning of culture, community, environment and desert life. Nursing capacity is autonomous and making clinical decisions in a safe manner with support via telephone of medical staff. This is a unique nursing experience.
Cons: Reduced services and support to clinical staff out bush.
