Pros: Helping the disabled.
Cons: I feel like the agency I work for takes advantage of its employees and doesn't pay what they should. They don't compensate for time worked when not clocked in.. I.e. On call. It is also known by the HR department that our agency breaks labor laws everyday this said by someone in HR.
