Cons: Unrealistic caseloads and assignments creating an Unsafe environment for residents, employees and facility. Very unsafe Nursing patient ratios. Professional liability risks high.

12-16 hrs work days without breaks. Management who refuses to provide enough staff to meet needs of patients. Not a safe place to work if you want to keep nursing license. Benefits are awful. $730.00 for family insurance. DON refuses to support her nurses.
