Pros: Encouraged to share the love of Jesus with patients. Openly able to share the Christian faith.
Cons: Administration has lost touch with bedside nursing. Computer tasks to check the box abound.

HOW MUCH I WOULD BE ON CALL BEFORE I STARTED.

CONSIDER WHERE YOU'RE AT FINANCIALLY BEFORE YOU START A CAREER IN THE ICU...WHEN THE CENSUS IS DOWN YOU DON'T WORK.

Challenging job.

Pros: Serving and helping people. When you look at them and they smile because of the satisfaction they received. It makes me happy.
Cons: When you are working so hard and dealing with all the stressful events and having overtime and still your receiving a little salary.
