Registered Nurse (RN) Reviews

What is it like working as a Registered Nurse (RN)?

October 2023
Harmony-review.
Registered Nurse (RN) in Des Moines:
Pros: I love the residents number one and I love being able to make their day better. I enjoy caring for them, doing treatments, administering medications, and just knowing that they are in good hands when I am able to tend to them. I like feeling accomplished/proud of myself at the end of each work day because of how well I am able to handle all the stress.
Cons: I least like the managers not listening to staff what so ever. Constantly being short staffed and management does anything, especially every single weekend.
