Pros: At NGH you feel appreciated, like a member of the team. People work together and support one another. It is truly a great environment, and a great place to learn and grow.
Cons: We don't always have the newest, best, fanciest equipment, but we get by.

WORKING AT MINISTRY OF HEALTH IS ..In Botswana there is no difference between Diploma Holders and Degree holders..We earn the same salary n we are stuck together at a scale called C1 for years.

Cons: If you are new to the unit and or hospital you will always get the first admission and most likely the last as well. Floor assignments lack structure and are prone to be based on favoritism.
