Registered Nurse (RN):
Pros: Independence, interesting, challenging at times.
Cons: Long hours, under staffed and no incentive or bonus for overtime. 16-20 hr days with short staffing I think deserve critical staffing bonus.

Pros: Great staff, very supportive culture on unit.
Cons: Terrible staffing ratios, high staff turnover.
