Pros: Rewarding. Mentally, physically and medically look after aged australians.
Cons: High stress level. Under paid. Too much paperwork.

Getting Experience And Getting Hired.
Registered Nurse (RN):
Hospital nursing is a good way to further your education as a nurse. You can branch out from there. If you know you want to be in a certain area of nursing where it is hard to get hired, try to gain something on it for your resume, while still in school.

Customer Service.
Registered Nurse (RN):
You not only deal with the patient's, but the Dr's., family members, co-workers. Everyone has different goals/attitudes. You have to be dedicated to your job. Leadership starts at the top. Be positive.

Shift Work Is Difficult With A Family.

Deep breathe, take your time and focus, center yourself, it helps to prevent mistakes. I have been a nurse for 38 years and still enjoy my job.

Registered Nurse (RN):
Pros: I love taking care of my clients. Their happiness and ability to live a better life because of their nurses makes my job worthwhile.
Cons: The pay isn't great. The benefits are terrible. I don't even get paid time off. I feel like I will never get a raise because we rely mostly on government payers and they keep cutting our budget.
