Pros: What I like most about my job is the patients and co workers.
Cons: Co workers turnover and low pay is what I like least along with working understaffed.

Pros: Meeting new people.
Cons: Ever changing policies. Always wanting staff to do more with nothing. Expecting 100% perfection from humans. Burn out.

Pros: Working to better the lives of our Veteran's. Four weeks of vacation Tim and all Federal Hoidays paid.
Cons: The lower pay, high stress, lack of staffing.
