Pros: My coworkers are great team players and everyone helps each other out. My coworkers is what has kept me there for this long.
Cons: Management does show appreciation for current staff and does nothing to retain them. People leave because they feel undervalued and overworked. We are chronically understaffed, which leads to burnout and staff leaving. If management would get agency staff in to help with the shortage, current staff would probably not be actively looking for a different job.

Cons: No annual merit increases. Nurses are not allowed to speak out and decline or oppose tasks that they feel is unsafe to pt care otherwise. Opposition or refusal will mean termination from employment
