When I first started at BPCC it was a great school, felt like family. In the past 5 years that has changed. It is now just a place to work. For those that strive for the best their are no incentives (No releases for the extra projects you take on to enhance learning)

Pay is not within the range of other Universities, employees not respected, admin is disconnected with the workings of the University, lots of nepotism and cronyism, inc enrollment w/o infrastructure, poor planning, students pay for it.
