What is it like working as a Physical Therapist (PT)?

The People Are Genuine.
Physical Therapist (PT) in Memphis:
Pros: Cost of living is moderately low; most people are nice and genuine
Cons: Our patient population is generally unhealthy
January 2021
Important in the community.
Physical Therapist (PT) in Winston-Salem:
Pros: I love the size of the town
Cons: I now commute up to 2 hours round trip each day
November 2020
Physical Therapist (PT) in Utica:
Rome's management is undergoing upheaval due to takeover by saint joseph's. They still do a poor job notifying employees about important information and policy changes, but it may be getting better. Pay rate is poor and the absence of any regular raise schedule makes it worse. 401k matching is nearly nonexistent at 1%. So you may start at a good rate but will fall behind as the years pass.

August 2020
Not a lot of mentor ship opportunities.
